Like most advertising agencies, they were negatively impacted by the pandemic, particularly one of the smaller but vibrant independent agencies on the scene. But also because being based in Melbourne they had to weather the longest lockdown in the Western world. But even with this significant challenge, Ed and his business partners at By All Means managed to find many positives to come from the pandemic and the lockdown, which he shares here.
